July Updates for Egg Hunt 2026: The Grand Eggspress
Egg Hunt 2026: The Grand Eggspress has been an unforgettable experience and it’s thanks to you, our fans, for making this vision come to life. As we add some finishing touches to the game, here are some of the neat things we’re featuring for this month’s update. We hope these additions deliver on the thrills and enhance your egg-hunting adventure!
FEATURE 1: It’s been a hot topic amongst all aspiring hunters: How will eggs work in EH2026?
If you’ve been keeping your eyes peeled, you’ve been seeing all the amazing egg designs UGC creators have made for EH2026. With elaborate details embedded in every single piece, it’s no wonder people are curious about how eggs will work within the game as well as Roblox as a whole. Well, do not fret. We have a comprehensive breakdown on how everything works so you can equip any egg of your choice on your avatar!
For any unique eggs that you find within EH2026, they are all designed to work as catalog hats. This means once you capture one of the 100+ eggs, you are able to equip it on your avatar for free in-game through an in-game menu. However if you’d like to have your egg for your Roblox platform avatar out of game, you are able to purchase them from an in-game menu any time for a small fee in Robux. As much as we’d love to give out all the UGC eggs for free, this is a policy that is enforced by Roblox itself and is unfortunately something outside of our control. Proceeds for any UGC egg sales will go to the respective UGC creator, the Roblox marketplace fee, and funding for any future games from Studio Koi Koi.
But what do the golden eggs do? Simply put, you’ll need to collect a designated number of them in order to progress further into EH2026’s storyline. You’ll find them scattered all over each chapter in EH2026 and they can lurk in the most obvious areas or you may need to do a little excavating to find their location. Each golden egg is worth one point and any unique eggs you gather count as three points.You can either try and gather all the required eggs at once and deposit it at the train or you can gradually gather a few, drop them off, and continue gathering more.
As for all your deposited eggs they will be stored within the engine room of the Grand Eggspress. Your collection will build up slowly as you progress through every chapter in-game but don’t worry if you missed a few! You are always welcome to return to your desired level and find all the other eggs you may have passed over.

FEATURE 2: Who’s the whistle with all the tricks up his sleeve?
Why, it’s none other than our favorite companion Pip! This pint-sized companion is none other than EH2026’s charming mascot and he’ll be by your side as you venture onward to find all the Century Egg shards.
Don’t be deceived by his adorable looks though, but this trusty sidekick is all about helping you in your egg hunting journey in any way possible. With his go-getter personality, he can transform into the tools you need to make sure you are on your way to securing all the eggs, discovering new adventures, and meeting new companions along the way.
When you first land in Comet Point, you’ll encounter a strange glow as a result of the Century Egg crashing into the grounds. This strange glow is none other than Pip and he’s equipped to help you jumpstart your journey as an egg hunter. With Pip’s singing ability, you can use his power to shatter crystals, find your friends, and unveil new objectives in your egg-hunting quest.
At the Florentine Forest, you’ll have Pip change into a comically large hammer as your very first tool. With this massive mallet in your hands, you’ll be able to smash anything that comes in your way all with a satisfying thunk to finish things off. Meanwhile in Songhua Station, you’ll pick up a pair of climbing picks designed to help you scale giant walls of ice. These climbing picks can also help you hang onto glaciers, rocks, and just about anything that requires you to ascend to the top.
As soon as you accomplish your duties in Songhua Station, you make your way to the haunted hills of Crêpey Castle where you need to pick up a lantern from the Graveskeeper. Pip’s lantern body requires a light source so it’s pivotal to find one in order to activate its abilities. Because let’s face it, you’ll definitely need some illumination going on to find out what’s lurking around.
From the dreary Crêpey Castle, you’ll then embark on your next destination of the Meringue Oasis. This vast, dry, and hot environment needs a tool designed to take on the harsh elements of the landscape and what better item to have in your arsenal than…a bellow? Despite the unusual choice for the terrain, the Pip bellows is one handy-dandy choice when it comes to blowing fans, creating powerful wind gusts, and even steering boats on top of the desert sand.
After the hijinks from the Meringue Oasis, it’s time to get down and dirty in Sunnyside City! With a bustling metropolis jam-packed with flying cars and polished streets, it’d be a shame to have it all messed up, wouldn’t it? Well, with the drill you pick up from Sunnyside City’s Undershell, you’re guaranteed to kick up some dirt all while finding some cool things in all the nooks and crannies. Aim to the top of buildings, burrow beneath the surface, and propel yourself to new heights with the Pip drill charging forth.
Each tool is crafted to ensure players are having an immersive experience making their way through all the unique challenges in EH2026. Whether you want to smash out your aggressions with the Pip hammer, light the way with the Pip lantern, or use a combo of items, all the Pip tools are a surefire way to ramp up the thrills!
FEATURE 3: If you’re itching for a little something extra, have we got the experience for you!
Throughout each chapter, you may come across a portal to a Mastery Challenge. But…what is a Mastery Challenge exactly? Well, Mastery Challenges are optional minigames where you use a variety of tools or movement abilities to complete a short gauntlet to earn an egg. Each Mastery Challenge also incorporates the thematic elements of each chapter. For example in one of the Florentine Forest’s Mastery Challenge, you’ll need to get past a bunch of prickly thorns that pack a wallop. These wily thorns are also a common feature within Chapter 1’s terrain so it’s best to practice!
With each chapter in EH2026, players will expect a higher difficulty in every Mastery Challenge. It’s one high stakes, high reward sidequest guaranteed to test your wits and your dexterity. Each chapter contains its own variety of unique obstacles, so keep an eye out for the portals as you go on your adventure!
FEATURE 4: EH2026 is a 3D platforming adventure story game on Roblox with a wacky cast of main characters, strong platforming mechanics and unique worlds.
We elaborated about how each world will present itself as well as some of the characters that will make an appearance in each chapter. However, we haven’t delved too deeply in terms of the key players and aspects that makes The Grand Eggspress an immersive experience. Without further ado, let’s get into the nitty gritty of the game.
It is pivotal to ensure all the core mechanics are running in optimal shape and each level in EH2026 is created to combine all the things that make platformer games so enjoyable: level-based progression, skill refinement, and the thrill of pushing your way forward to achieve your goals.
Another vital component in what makes certain platformers wow fans is none other than the game’s storyline. In EH2026, players will be immersed in a rich narrative that explores themes of friendship, adversity, love, and the joys & sorrows of living life to its fullest potential. Of course, there will be humorous moments that’ll garner a chuckle or two with notable characters intended to move things forward.
We love a dastardly duo up to no good and who better to embody this than the charismatic Pierce & Blaire? Known as poachers in the EH2026 universe, these two folks are always stirring up a storm no matter what and it’s up to you and your fellow players to foil their plans by any means necessary. Pierce is the proverbial brains of the two while Blaire delivers all the brawn with her fists of fury. Inspired by the iconic Team Rocket, we made sure to pay homage to a couple of pop culture’s most beloved antagonists with Pierce and Blaire’s dynamic personalities.
You’ll also encounter the enigmatic Sulfrus Amoenus at the start of your quest. His desire to unveil the Century Egg’s abilities is his main objective and as a researcher at heart, he will do whatever it takes. With his eyes full of ambition, players will learn more about Sulfrus’ drive throughout the game as well as why he has a chip on his shoulder. Despite being a little mysterious, cunning, and having dry wit, Sulfrus is emblematic of how far people will go to make all of their dreams come true.
While we refine the game, we acknowledge the unwavering support we’ve received over the course of the last few months. Every tweet, every word of encouragement, and fanfare from fans all over the world is simply astounding to all of us. As many of our team members come from all walks of life and skillsets within the Roblox universe, it’s our own unique experiences that have shaped the creation of EH2026.
