Egg Hunt Aug. 13th Patch Notes

Hi everyone,

Here’s our August 13th patch notes for Egg Hunt 2026: The Grand Eggspress.

Chapter 5: Sunnyside City mastery challenges have been adjusted due to difficulty
Improvements have been made from the transition from world select to world entry

Character recruits in the Pipbook are still showing as “???” up to Chapter 4: Meringue Oasis.
Chapter 4: Meringue Oasis softlock where players cannot use the cannon without rejoining
Chiitan and Beatrice are incorrectly shown/named within the Pipbook
Chapter 5: Sunnyside City Pip Drill does not stay attached to player’s head when using a cannon
Chapter 5: Sunnyside City has a bug where the Century Egg is still visible in cutscene after it gets stolen
Friend system shows loading issues where friend leaves their other player friend stranded in a paid chapter

Fixed a bug where lanterns platforms sometimes disappear / stream out; creating incompletable challenge areas
Fixed a blocker where the wind levers in the Chapter 4: Meringue Oasis mastery challenge weren’t turning when using the Pip bellows
